Bulgogi (불고기) literally translates to "fire meat" and dates back centuries ago. It is sliced and marinated meat that is grilled. Unlike typical offerings that use a cheaper cut of beef since it is thinly sliced, our bulgogi is made with USDA Prime ribeye steak and sliced thicker than usual giving it better texture and taste.

Every order contains 1.5 lbs of meat and comes with our housemade ssamjang for making lettuce wraps.
