Bulgogi (불고기)
Experience the elevated taste of our Premium Bulgogi made with USDA Prime ribeye.
Bulgogi (불고기) literally translates to "fire meat". It is sliced and marinated meat that is grilled.
Typically, bulgogi is made with a cheaper cut of beef since it is thinly sliced. However, since we use USDA Prime ribeye, we slice our bulgogi thicker giving it a better texture and taste.

1. Thaw the frozen meat overnight.
2. Cook meat in the marinade using a pan.
3. (Optional) Add onions, mushrooms and other vegetables to the meat and marinade while cooking.
Simple to eat!
Eating bulgogi can be as simple as having it with a side of rice.
For a more balanced meal, add your favorite vegetables to grill alongside the meat.
