This traditional cut of Galbi is our most popular item. Marinated in a rich sweet and savory sauce, the meat is intricately scored uniformly across each piece to maximize absorption of the marinade.
Every order contains 1.5 lbs of meat and comes with our housemade ssamjang for making lettuce wraps.
